from £80.00

Fine art print of The Vortex by José Eustasio Rivera.

This piece has been recreated by artist Pablo Font especially for this print, refocusing elements from the cover to provide an impactful and eye-catching artwork.

An iconic book for Colombian and Latin American literature, The Vortex by José Eustasio Rivera, translated by Daniel Hahn & Victor Meadowcroft, marked the launch of our Charco Classics Series and, in a way, the cover image represents that: classic beauty. Yet, what is at the heart of this gorgeous image is also what frames this magnificent novel: the very timelessness of the Amazon jungle.

Prints are available in two sizes, and either framed or unframed. They are produced using 308gsm Hahnemühle Photorag paper and the highest quality inks, giving an archival lifespan to the work of 80 years.

Framed options are mounted on ivory board, and frames are hand constructed to order, using solid timber from sustainable sources.

Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity including the artist’s signature.

Sizes specified are for finished product, whether framed or unframed. Please allow an additional 5 working days for framed orders, which are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped from the United Kingdom, United States or Germany, depending on closest point for delivery.
