Never Did the Fire is one the best-known novels by iconic Chilean author Diamela Eltit. It was translated by another icon: Daniel Hahn. The image reflects what’s a the core of the novel and, some would say, Latin American reality: politics, family, vibrancy, fight, hope, revolution.
Prints are available in two sizes, and either framed or unframed. They are produced using 308gsm Hahnemühle Photorag paper and the highest quality inks, giving an archival lifespan to the work of 80 years.
Framed options are mounted on ivory board, and frames are hand constructed to order, using solid timber from sustainable sources.
Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity including the artist’s signature.
Sizes specified are for finished product, whether framed or unframed. Please allow an additional 5 working days for framed orders, which are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped from the United Kingdom, United States or Germany, depending on closest point for delivery.
